What is plotting anyway?

  • The term originally comes from seafaring and means “graphical representation. Plotting is a printing technique where a film is cut using a plotter machine. The film is applied to the product in the next step and transferred with a heating press. Due to the large variety of foils and the computer-controlled cutting machine, many individual designs are possible.

 

What does your name "Waves of Bethany" mean?

  • The name means in English: waves of Bethany and has the background that Jesus Christ ascended to heaven from Bethany and passed on the good news to us. If you would like to find out more, you can access the detailed vision here

 

Can I return my ordered item?

  • If an item is not suitable for you, you can exercise your right of withdrawal and return the item within 14 days of receipt. You can find more detailed information on the process of revocation here .

 

How can I request a return?

    • If you would like to return an item and you are still within the cancellation period of 14 days, you can easily request a return in your customer account.
    • Click on the profile symbol in the shop navigation or here to go to your profile.

    1. Log in to your account with your email address

    2. Open the email sent from our shop in your email account and copy the six-digit confirmation code in the email.

    3. Go back to the online shop and enter the six-digit confirmation code.

    4. Click on the order you want to send the return for. If your order includes more than one item, select the items you want to return.

    5. Choose a return reason and add a note for the shop.

    6. Click **Request a Return**.

    • If your return request is approved and shipping is required, you will receive an email with shipping instructions. If the product has been returned, you will receive a refund.

     

    How do I get my money back after a return?

    • For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed; under no circumstances will we charge you for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

     

    What are the shipping costs?

    • The shipping costs depend on the destination country and the weight of the order. Details will be shown at checkout.

    Can I pick up the goods personally?

    • You can also pick up your ordered goods directly from our company address by arrangement: Maike Bultjer, Feldstrasse 6, 27211 Bassum

     

    Can I also get an individual production?

    • If you have a special request for your church or youth group, simply get in touch with us here under contact or use the direct chat function. We will then look individually at what we can produce for you under what conditions.
