• In order to save resources, please do not order any products "to try on". Are you unsure about the right size for you?

-> In the product description we give an orientation of how the size turns out. Better to order a size too big than too small.

• There may be slight color differences within the products due to the supplier.

To ensure that you can enjoy your product for a long time, note the following points:

• Wash gently at 30 degrees Celsius inside out.

• Do not use a tumble dryer . Air dry instead.

• Print is sensitive to heat : do not iron directly . If necessary, only from the rear and at a low temperature. Be careful with this though.

Delivery time

• The delivery time consists of processing time and shipping time.

• Your ordered products will be made individually after receipt of the order. If the products are in stock, the processing time is approx. 2-5 working days. If individual positions are not available, this duration is extended indefinitely. We try to deliver the goods as quickly as possible. Should it take longer, we will inform you by e-mail.

• The shipping time is depending on the shipping location

• If you have selected personal collection, the delivery time is reduced by the duration of the shipping time.

• The shipping costs depend on the destination country and the weight of the order. Details will be shown at checkout.

Prices

• The amount stated at the time of purchase applies.

Introduction

• Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal according to the following stipulations, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity:

• You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason.
  The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.
  To exercise your right of withdrawal, use the "return request" function in your customer account.
  To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
  

Consequences of revocation

• If you revoke this contract, we have paid you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
  You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
  You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
  You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
  

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

• The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
  

General information

• Please avoid damage and contamination of the product. Please send the goods back to us in the original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.

• Please do not send the goods back to us freight collect.
  
• Please note that the above numbers 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
